I think you wanted me to critique this but I'm not fully sure how, haha. I like the design, over all, it's an interesting idea - and I especially like the little touch on the back of the shirt. I would suggest moving the 'time machine available on deviantart.com' to the back of the shirt, but that's just a personal preference. Good luck to you!

This is a clever idea more original then what most people are doing.
Although I have seen a lot of original ideas as well.

Though I would of put the clock on the back and have some small quirkey thing on the front.
The dark top is good in contrast to the bright led's and nice typography aswell.
